There is no charge for water/septic. Weekly trash service is paid for by the landlord. Renters are responsible for maintaining the lawn around the renter house, as needed (mowing/trimming/leaf & branch cleanup). The landlord provides a gas mower, gas cans, electric weed wacker and charger, and two trash cans for use. Small-medium dogs will be considered on a case by case basis. The back yard is fully fenced.
